Adrian Nixon of the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre (GEIC),  will discuss the latest developments in single crystal graphene, a leading candidate for the space elevator tether material. His talk, “Graphene, the Last Piece of the Space Elevator Puzzle?”, will also discuss ways to bring this material from the laboratory to industrial-scale production.
