A graduate in Chemical Engineering, from Imperial College London, Neil started work as a process engineer for Procter & Gamble. He has since worked for a number of FMCG and international chemical companies in both technical and commercial roles.
Subsequently Neil joined Agility Logistics Solutions, initially to lead the solutions consultancy but more latterly to direct Global Strategic Projects business development within the Chemicals Speciality. While at Agility, Neil was an active member of the European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) supply chain committee, a board director and chair of the Marine Executive of the Chemical Distribution Institute (CDI).
In 2014 Neil founded Castle Eden Solutions Ltd. He provides management consultancy, delivering business growth, resilience and value through the provision of expertise in supply chain strategy and risk management, functional process and systems excellence, inbound and outbound supply chain design, optimisation and implementation.
